MUSCLE POWER HEALTH CARE

I am going to this gym from past 10 years.... It was a great gym. Nothing has been changes since then.... Poor maintenance.. Same old machinery with zero maintenance. Half of them are not working most of the time.

Threadmill,cycling and cross fit doest work No proper trainer Trainers will be around girls No proper space to do proper warmups For each equipment there is a huge line. Example of around 4 members in the queue. No proper dumbells. All dubs are half broken. I guess the weight of 5 kg dumbell will be 4.5 Dont waste your money. Instead try different gym

Too overcrowded. No space for cardio. You have to do it on the on the open terrace which has a concrete floor. If you want to build muscle. Its a very good gym. But for cardio its a waste. You'll always find 2 to 3 people waiting in line for a single machine. Better find a bigger gym.

So small and half of the treadmills doesn't works also stops while running or walking on it, Cross Trainer make some kinds of weird noises, only 3 cycles out of those 2 are fine, you are only allowed more than 20 mins on treadmill. One of the trainer (don't wanna reveal his name) asks you for Personal Training fee (mentioned there that they provide personal training to everyone with no extra amount).

in the muscle power gym no machine are woking in the proper way . coach are not having good language behavior they will be around the girls only if u guys want to join the mucle power so dont join try some other gym this is my experience in muscle power
