Great place for workouts, well maintained and hygiene!! Its been almost 4 months now, this has been our routine. Not a day, we felt like skipping workout. The environment around is motivational and the ppl here are friendly, no one will ever interfere during your session, instead they would help with suggestions on what and how it is to be done!!

The best gym in nirmal. I lost my weight from 123 to 80 under the guidance of vinod anna with in 6 months.
