I am writing to share my recent experience at your store, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. I found the staff to be unhelpful and displaying a rather unprofessional attitude, marked by stubbornness and a lack of courtesy. Additionally, I was surprised by the pricing of the products. Many of the items appeared to be locally made, yet they were priced comparably to premium branded goods, which does not seem justified based on the quality. As a customer, I believe in supporting local businesses, but the overall experience and pricing strategy left me dissatisfied. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and work towards improving both customer service and pricing transparency.
