Been to this place multiple times. Equipment from outside seems exhaustive. elliptical cross trainers are present and doesn't work. Poor condition 3 cycling equipment present, no display no info on workout. AC not functioning, worn out mats, dirty staircase. With all game point facilities I was hoping this would be good. Disappointment.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your Ramanthapur Hyderabad branch on 13th Aug, 2025 The receptionist's behaviour(Vamsi) towards me was rude and disrespectful, which made me feel unwelcome. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially in a service that prides itself on providing a positive and motivating environment. I request you to address this matter seriously, review the staff's behaviour, and take appropriate action to ensure members are treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
This gym has fallen badly from good reputation to bad services. Carry a mosquito racket if you are planning to workout after 6PM here in this gympoint gym. No cleanliness of gym equipments. Washrooms are nothing less than worse. Never seen someone cleaning staff in the gym. Equipments are out of order for long time. No proper contact number to reach out, even the number provided here in Google doesn't work. Many people in the gym are having disappointing experiences nowadays. Please consider other gyms until they resolve all the issues.
The trainers here are amazing! Always supportive, guiding with proper form, and making workouts so much more effective
This gym has no proper maintenance, no professional coach till the end of workouts, no AC, and lacks proper equipment. The only reason I'm continuing here is because it's nearby.
