I previously had a good impression of Cult Fit, but after visiting this gym, it feels overly commercialized. The trainers seem more focused on pushing expensive personal training subscriptions, which comes across as unreasonable and disappointing
One Of The Worst Gym I Ever See In Cult Fit. Treadmil , Cycling, Lat Pulldown, Cables And Many , Even Management Failed In Arrangement Of Drinking Water , Air Conditioning , Sanitation Of WashRooms , Handwash Etc . I Strongly Not Recommend Water Of Money.
I had a very disappointing experience at this gym. The equipment is not well maintained, the cleanliness is poor, and the staff is not supportive. Definitely not worth the time or money. I do not recommend this place.
Bad gym they dosent take care of us and the equipment is not upto mark. Please dont waste ur money and time by going to this gym
I've had an extremely disappointing experience with this gym due to the following issues: Unprofessional Management - The manager handles complaints with a poor attitude, often using threatening language like, "Main jab tak sahi se baat kar raha hu, tab tak sun lo, warna dekhata hu." This approach is unprofessional and unacceptable for addressing customer concerns. Poor Equipment Maintenance - Despite repeated requests, they haven't replaced the stepper in over 4 months, impacting the workout experience. Customer Blaming - When issues are raised, the manager often shifts blame to customers, insisting the equipment isn't used properly rather than addressing the actual problem. Threatening Behavior - After mentioning that I'd escalate the complaint to Cult, the manager threatened to block my ID, which discourages feedback and creates a hostile environment. I would not recommend this gym due to its lack of professionalism and poor management practices.
