there are two coaches one is stephen the tall guy and other is vishal the short guy, they tell us to do exercises and also, on regular days the gym is a bit crowd from 5pm to 8pm around 25 people come here, in the morning from 5am to 7am only hardly 4 people come this is a plus to morning people, the room is small
