Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service! Last week, I booked a room for a one-night stay, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel arranged a cab for both pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient and well-organized. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good variety of delicious options. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Jagdeesh, for taking such great care and ensuring a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Vellore.

The service was better than what I have received across 5 star hotels across India. We missed calculated our departure time and they went above and beyond to assist us. The chef promptly packed us a takeaway breakfast. The concierge organised a driver for us within minutes so we were able to somehow make our train. During our stay they were always helpful and attentive and one step ahead in knowing what was needed. They were polite and understanding with all our requests from the front desk, restaurant and spa (received a great back massage with reasonable price). The staff and service made this a truly memorable stay!

I recently stayed at the hotel with my family and had an extremely comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a wide range of amenities that made our stay truly relaxing; however, I did notice that a few standard in-room conveniences were not provided, even though they're typically found at hotels of this calibre. I'd like to extend a special thank-you to Mr. Ram, the restaurant manager. On our first night, we arrived very late--around 11:00 PM--after a long day of travel. By that time, only the fast-food restaurant was open and the North Indian buffet had closed. Mr. Ram personally arranged for the kitchen staff to stay a little longer so we could still enjoy a proper North Indian meal before retiring for the night. His kindness and extra effort turned what could have been a hurried snack into a warm, memorable welcome. If I may offer a few suggestions for improvement: 1.) Earlier Breakfast Buffet : The buffet currently opens at 7:00 AM, which is fine for most guests. However, for those attending early-morning conferences or departing early, an opening time of 6:30 AM would be far more convenient. 2.) Vegetarian Buffet Selection : While the non-vegetarian offerings were diverse--featuring a good variety of snacks and mains--the vegetarian options were very limited, especially for the main courses. With so few choices, vegetarians like us were often forced to either eat what was available or go hungry. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning and seeing these enhancements in place!

Thank you for the service . The staff during dinner and breakfast was polite and very helpful. During breakfast, my daughter wanted to eat Waffle and it was not part of the menu. Still Mr. Sunil ( manager) went out of the way to get it prepared. They really made our day. His colleagues ..2 ladies ( whose name I am not sure) and Vijay were also very hospitable. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Had a stay for couple of nights, good ambiance, restaurant has wide range of menu, rooms where neat and clean. staff Balamurugan was very supportive and approachable for the needs. Thanks for the hospitality.
