Chef Nithiyanantham Delivers an Excellent Culinary Experience at Lotus Restaurant, GRT Thoothukudi! My travels brought me to Thoothukudi, and I decided to have dinner at the Lotus Restaurant in the GRT Hotel. What a discovery! The food was not just good--it was so yummy and truly worth the money. The star of the meal was the Dum Biryani, followed by the amazing signature Chocolate Brownie dessert. Both dishes were flawlessly executed and incredibly memorable. I must give a massive thank you to Chef Nithiyanantham. He's an excellent chef who clearly takes immense pride in his work. The staff's genuine hospitality made the dining experience completely satisfying. I'll definitely return on my next visit to the region
