I have joined here few weeks before and I should admit that Iam really happy about the experience. The trainer Madam always encourages everyone to push one step forward each day and offers assistance when needed. I feel energized after coming back from the gym though there is tiredness too :-) Ladys can step in here and have a quality time.

Smart is an excellent gym for women in erode. Everyday we can do different types of workout for the upper body, lower body, full body, cardio,strengthening etc... The group activity is excellent for weight loss. The Savithiri ( trainer) mam was so friendly to all.... Overall it's a good place to reduce weight and even our stress....

Smart fitness is excellent, safe and secured gym for ladies at an affordable price in thindal. Smart focuses on both machine and floor workouts.Also, it focuses on ball, dumbbells, plate and stick workouts.The trainer Ms.Savithri gives specific attention to every person. She motivates me to push and finish my days' workout. Each day is alloted for different type of workouts. After joining smart, I became more active and stress free. The process of weight loss gives me more benefits than the actual result (weight loss). Thus, my journey with smart has been amazing so far. I wish that smart should function during weekends as well.
