Its been two months since I joined here. I can definitely say that the time spent here purely makes me happy and puts my mind at peace.
Shoutout to my trainer Shivaranjani Mam, starting from the beginning she guided me through the workout routine and diet schedule too. She is so friendly and understanding, which makes a nice environment for all trainees there and makes us forget about social anxiety.
