SBI Branch Air Force Station Sulur Coimbatore

Pathetic condition. I went there for my account transfer but they told me today they are busy with their home branch customer.After some time they told that Sir is not available he will come after 30 Min.You come after 30 min. I just want one thing am i not SBI customer if my account is in another branch.and in the working hour why the staff is not present.Why i should wait for him.during working hours he should present in is table or some other can entertain the customer if he is not available.SBI experience is worst.

I visited this branch when I was in a great trouble. My account was on 'STOP' and I was not able to make any transactions. Though my account was not in this branch, but still staff members helped me alot and resolved my query in a very prompt way. They solved my problem by talking to my branch manager on phone, sending emails then and there and within 2 hours my account was normal. As it was my first visit, I don't know the other staff members but Ms Abhinya who solved my problem is very nice and professional. Seeing their behaviour and dealing with customers, I have now transferred my account to this branch.

Courteous staff and good service but sometimes unnecessary delays due to staff. Today I made a deposit and the teller received the cash and the counterfoil had to be signed by the Manager Branch Operations who was in the Branch managers cabin for some discussion with few others and took around half hour to come back and had to wait for him to sign the counterfoil. It took nearly an hour to deposit in a bank that was totally empty. Again the same manager did not budge from his seat to open the locker and give me my jewel which Management is Not service minded as private banks and that is the big drawback in nationalised banks.

I will mail 3 times for transfer account, but account not transferred, very poor corporation by staff.

Useless bank, it has atm facilities24/7 outside, with teller machines n edc for a/c transfer.
