I've had a fantastic experience at this gym! It is the best gym present in both Palani and Dindigul district.Well equipped for both cardio and strength training. With Variety of equipments, Providing Individual Attention to both Men and Women, separate area available for women to do their workout. Restroom are Clean and well maintained with Sanitation.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this gym.I opted for personal training paying Rs.8000 for one month, there was no prior discussion about my fitness level, goals, or any assessment done. On the very first day, I was asked to lift weights and do intense exercises, even after clearly mentioning that I hadn't worked out for over 1.5 years. The trainer assigned to me seemed inexperienced -- he often asked other trainers for guidance during the session. During the session, I mentioned to the trainer that I was feeling strain in my lower back while doing squats and asked if I could start weight training the next day instead. He ignored my concern and said it would get better from the next day. The trainer also rushed to leave without suggesting any cool-down or stretching exercises. As a result of the intense workout with improper guidance, I suffered a disc injury that required hospitalization. When I informed the gym owner about the situation and shared my doctor's advice, I was told that the amount is non-refundable. Instead of showing concern, the owner simply forwarded the payment receipt mentioning the non-refundable clause and stopped responding to my messages. When I visited the gym in person requesting to refund the amount after deducting for one session I attended, I was receiving the same response that the amount cannot be refunded and he also told to resume when I recover completely. After having a traumatic experience for attending the gym for one day, I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to continue and requested to refund for which he denied. I would like to highlight that the owner remained seated throughout the conversation (while I had to stand) and blamed my body was weak and hence the injury happened -- which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you expect responsible trainers and management, then this gym is not the right place. I am sharing my experience to highlight the lack of ethics and accountability in the way this gym operates.

The gym maintains excellent hygiene standards, ensuring that all equipment and floors are always clean. I would like to thank my personal trainer Yasin for his guidance and support during my workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start or improve their fitness journey!
