Yet to be consistent n see results but the 1st month has been great. All of us join the class through zoom and Kavitha observes us as we do the exercises. The exercises can be done with modifications if you have issues. The classes are meant to be taken 5 days a week as each day focuses on a different area.

As you gracefully age workout is a must and after joining your fitness classes I feel that mentally and physically I am being very active . During this phase of life when touching your 50s and especially menopause hits hard, your work out classes are really a boon so that I don't put on weight.
