Initial Impression - I recently visited this gym to check out the facilities. Unfortunately, the owner was unavailable, and the gym assistant was the only person present. While inspecting the equipment, I attempted to adjust the handle on the leg extension machine to see how it felt for me. Surprisingly, the gym assistant sternly told me, "Do not operate the machines, just look at them." He even mentioned that the owner monitors through CCTV. I understand restrictions for using electric or complex machines like treadmills due to cost implications, but preventing potential customers from trying basic weight-loaded equipment was disappointing. It felt unreasonable to expect someone to commit without testing the machines for comfort and functionality. When I inquired about pricing, the plans were economical, but I was told there is no 1 month option--only a 3 month package. If you're asking for a 3 month commitment upfront, why not allow potential clients to test the equipment? This interaction gave me the impression that they are not genuinely customer-focused or interested in growing their client base. For those in the local area, this gym might still suit your needs. However, if you value customer respect and an open-minded approach, this may not be the right fit. To the owner: Please take this feedback seriously. Your staff's attitude lost you a potential customer today, and such behavior could deter many others through word of mouth. Respect your clients--they are your business's foundation.
