This is the very first gym I joined two years ago and I'm still continuing here without a second thought. Today happens to be my trainers birthday and I felt this is the right moment to finally share my genuine experience... From day one, Vipin anna ( Trainer ) has been humble, kind and truly invested in each person's growth and progress. He pays attention to each person individually..corrects our posture, checks our form, and also guides us with diet in a very simple and practical way. As a girl, I've always felt safe and comfortable here which made it easy to stay consistent and push myself without any hesitation. I feel healthier and more active now than I was two years ago and I can feel that difference clearly. If you're just starting out or getting back into fitness, this is a great place to begin with the right guidance and absolutely no judgement...

Vipin fitness center is one of the best in Mettupalayam. I got good experience. I lose weight from 70 to 60 within 2 month. There is necessary equipment. I would like to say about the master. Gym is amazing. Equipments are user friendly and feel very convenient. Good training is being provided by the trainer. It's been 2 months since I have joined the gym for fat loss. Results are very effective and I have reduced my weight. Trainer is personally following each and everyone's diet and seperate diet chart has been provided.
