The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and separate personal trainers for women. Lady trainer buvana is always available to teach , correct or simply to motivate . She is a super trainer she's extremely knowledgeable and explains every move so that i know what am doing and why am doing it _ which is super helpful .she's a genuinely nice trainer who sincerely cares about his client's progress ..and the Gym atmosphere is motivating.
