My review after being here for 7 months. Great gym with all the necessary equipments and good trainers. Feels good to spend 1-2 hours everyday. Special thanks to my trainer Sugandar for guiding me throughout and always being there for help. They provide a weekly chart listing all the exercises customized as per everyone's need. It is very useful to follow and track.

Excellent gym with a great atmosphere! They carefully evaluated my body muscle, fat, and stamina and tailored a workout plan for me. Navaneeth is an amazing and friendly trainer who guides me every step of the way, keeping me motivated and consistent. Really happy with the progress I'm making

My review after using 2 years of this gym..!! Started my weight loss journey here at 80kg..Almost i lost 14 kg of fats & also builded muscles co-ordially within the short period of span..!! A Big thanks to my trainer Bro @Sugandar..He helped me a lot & trained my body shape along with my mindset..!! Good facility to transform your body shape, Well equipped with large area gym & all the trainers are friendly manner & they all well knowledgeable in workouts plannings..They conduct Group classes for their clients & Dietrition/Nutrition consultants also available..Well ambient and good atmosphere gym..!! Great gym, consistent trainers with good attitude, provide training for your ideal body with physical test and proper diets, gives a training routine to follow on, has a steam bath to reduce body straining and increase blood flow which supports muscle growth. Over all good gym to go if you need a correct training.

One of the Best Fitness center in Coimbatore. I have been trained by Lokesh for the last 5 months which helped me to gain Muscles and reduce weight. Trainers are user friendly by understanding and helping the customers needs... Very well equipped GYM. ...Nice ambience and located in center of the city ...Great place for workout.

I have joined the gym in the month of August giving this review after 2 months first of all i don't have any idea for going to gym joined with a group of friends and there gym management appointed a trainer Mr.sugendar anna character of this man is just wow and so friendly other trainer Anna's also so friendly that they will guide you with a smiling face equipments in gym are in good condition and it is fully air-conditioned and with a big workout area for group workouts group workouts conducted by trainers are so effective and felt difference in body weight after a month of joining adding images of gym for reference and it is located in main road of masakalipalayam
