Awesome yoga classes attending by us.Excellent explanation by madam.Teaching step by step was very good. Breathing importance explain by her was so good. Madam positivity vibes throughout all day. .... Punctuality maintain was good.even though she s having two yr kid she is prompt in morning sessions. I had perknomis problem. I would hv completely vanished. After joining classes with mam. I had severe back pain Knee pain Left hand pain Both legs severe pain All reduced Tks mam My routine apply oil in both legs Then only i can sleep But after yoga asanas i can sleep without any pain
