I've been training with Beena for a month now, and I'm truly impressed with the results. She goes beyond just Zumba, incorporating weight training and exercises that make us sweat and improve flexibility. In just a month, I've gone from 68kg to 64kg, and I feel stronger, more confident, and happier with myself. Beena is a fantastic trainer--her attention to detail ensures every part of the body is worked on. Whether in person or online, spending an hour in her class has become essential for me. I'm thrilled that I've done something so beneficial for myself, and I don't plan on stopping! She's friendly, motivating, and always professional, making every session both challenging and enjoyable.
