Well maintained and we'll spaced workout place. trainers Bhuvi and Abi are very knowledged on each workout , very friendly and we can approach at any time. Workouts were given as per the need . Adding a treadmill will be additional suggestion

Good , only equipmemts were less ,but with weights like bar and dumbbells we can make workout for all muscles, preference - depends on quarterly or monthly package.
