I went some gym , in those place if equipment will be good but trainer don't know about that or if trainer is good equipment is not good. But after some time I joined muscle hunters, people are saying you looks really fit what are doing,what is you workout plan ,diet etc ..like that here trainer always there with us .he will be watching what we are doing and he will help during workout. Here he is providing some plan for diet, workout and so on that will be really helped me so much.. thank you. If you want to join gym i really suggest please join muscle hunters .
