Best gym for workouts. The trainers give good training. They plan workouts according to our needs. Very well maintained gym. Neat and clean. Good variety of equipments available for all workouts. Myself and my husband joined "365" with knee pain and back pain. We have been going for almost a year now. They had planned for knee strengthening and back strengthening exercises that has made us come out of the pains completely. we could see a good difference in our stamina and confidence in staying more fit. Thanks to team 365 for motivating us everyday during workouts we feel more energetic and enthusiastic to go to the gym regularly. Keep rocking. Wishing more success

I've really enjoyed my time at the gym. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition.... My trainers Mr. Nixon Mr. Pandi master and Mr. Rahul are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.. Keep up the great work.. And the dance class, I've really enjoyed the dance classes.. My instructor Mr.Yash is energetic, supportive, and explains the steps clearly.... The class atmosphere is fun and motivating, and I've noticed real improvement in my coordination and confidence. Looking forward to continuing...

Highly recommended for women and people who want to keep their body fit . Not a regular GYMANSIUM rather a dedicated fitness community center. Trainers are very approachable and understands the client's present fitness level and tailor make their workouts so as not to overwhelm them with heavy workouts. Very professional and apt for people who want to get in shape and fit.

Great Gym to start your fitness goal. The gym is always clean and well maintained. All the trainers (Nixon, Pandi and Ragul) are very knowledgeable and professional in what they do and how they provide workouts to everyone they are all helpful, friendly and genuinely nice guys .Totally recommend this place

It's been 1month after joining 365 shape gym. Personal care is given for each one. Very well maintained and modernized equipments. Expertized trainers who guides us in each steps, suitable for beginners. Affordable and reasonable tarriffs. I really feel comfortable and fit after going regularly for 1 month and still continuining Thanks for Nixon sir and Rahul for there continuous motivation, training and support for a beginner like me.

Great gym with excellent equipment, ambience and a clean environment. Nixon is very friendly and always ready to help an approachable person. He will guide, until you do workout in right form. The atmosphere is motivating, and there's plenty of space to work out comfortably. No need to wait for until others to finish the workout. Highly recommend!"
