I joined in the gym and I paid 5500/for one year plan .The master mr.aravind he is the nice person and well support trainer.but currently new master changed and he is not ready to support to work. Really get frustration to workout. Ipadi for another one year but he not ready to support. Always using phone and chatting with the gang inside the gym. I went only two days to the gym and quit because of his behavior. I.dont want to blame him personally. Its my personal opinion. If the trainers are expecting for personal income,they should inform to us. Really miss aravind master

I've been a member of Prolife Fitness Center in Sundarapuram for over a year now, and I can confidently say it's the best decision I've made for my fitness journey. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the facilities are top-notch.

Well equipped at an affordable price. Workout environment is clean. Aerobic machines are available ( 2 cycles, three treadmills and two elliptical trainers). Offers are introduced frequently. Trainers are well knowledged about the diet and other sort of things. Good for weight loss candidates as well as for mass gaining.

First of all I appreciate the fitness zone team for providing such a wonderful ambience md facility for your search of physical fitness and health conconsciousness. Well experienced trainer who takes care of their activities of all age groups. Imparting clear diet plan along with routine physical activities. Most importantly the fee charged is very nominal if you go for longer period, that too at heart of city it looks very much affordable! Joined few months back and I could see betterment in my routine life as well in addition to fitness. Recommending those who beginners especially..!
