I recently joined zfitness and I've been working out here for the past one months.one of the premium unisex gym in cuddalore. This gym is spacious, clean,well-maintained,air conditioned with a wide variety of equipment and mirrors also well cleaned you can get a smooth pictures also.One of the highlights is the friendly and knowledgeable staff for both men and women. The trainers are supportive, professional, and willing to guide you whether you're a beginner or advanced. Membership pricing is also reasonable.the one and only concern is to open the gym on sunday morning also because most people like me are free on sundays and i know its was a rest day but sunday is the only day with no hectic time schedules to follow .so it will be helpful if you concern this and love this gym so much.i highly recommend thisOverall, my experience has been so much good 10/10 when compared to other gyms.

This gym is awesome, I started here 2 months ago and there is visible transformation of me. I weighted 126 kg before 2 months and now am 104 kg. Also, gym owner and trainer is very supportive and motivate for stretch targets.

Dear sir, I wanted to convey my sincere thanks to you for creating such a wonderful Gym facilities in our locality and especially to the Coach Shri. Vinothagan. I practice Yogasanas for the past 15 years. But since few years I started noticing my muscles at shoulder, arms, chest and thighs are getting reduced and losing strength. However my body weight is maintained at arround 76 kgs w.r.t. my height of 178 cms. Though my body flexibility is of highest order I started experiencing slowly, that I am unable lift even 5 to 10 kg weights. I thought it may due to my physical body is 65 years old. I consulted my family doctor he said your bones and muscles are not getting adequate strengthening excerises. Then doctor suggested me to take up some weight training in a Gym along with regular body workout. So, I joined your Gym. After two months Gym work out, now I do my yogasanas in much better way and the time of retention increased from 3 secs to 30 secs. Also I could able to reach the yogic posture much easily. I am also able to do 40 push ups (8x5 times). Feeling strong and I see my muscles are coming back. Thanks to you and the coach Vinothagan, who take care of my gym work out systematically.
