Having trained in many facilities and then jumping into a session at The Gym I was really excited and nervous at the same time. The training was not the norm for me but having completed one session I can 100% see the benefit of this style of training. Simple movements that can be done at home or anywhere in conjunction with your training down at the Gym! Trainer has a very supportive coaching style where even though you may not know the movements (ie. me) you will feel accomplished by the end of the session. Highly recommended!
