Transformers badminton club

One of the oldest badminton court. Houses 3 courts. Green mat. Car parking available. Bike parking gets tougher during prime time. Though air conditioners available those are not used often. Decent restroom available. It's just near beach. Badminton training also available. Good part is, the trainer and care taker is a hard working person. Who is very accommodative and helpful. Water, water bottle, gluco drinks are also available to energize. The coach can help you in getting good bat, getz, handle grip, other accessories. Training also undertaken. Overall great place.

Well administrated booking, neatly maintained courts. Can enjoy a quick refreshment at sale on premises as well. Do cool off at the beach after a game

Excellent court! High level maintenance. Good security - CCTV cameras are all over the place. Drinks available. Good quality court mats. Despite all this, the best facility is, not the air conditioning, but enjoyment. Five stars for giving players a great time.

Excellent court. The maintenance is super. The coaching is super and and coach is very friendly. It's a nice place to play peacefully. One of the best court with AC. We can have a best time in the court. And few metres away from Thiruvanmiyur beach.

I have been playing here for about 3 months now on a regular basis...here are my observations 1) they have a reserved parking space for cars (about 6 cars at a time) and lots of space for bike parking...cars can also be further parked down the road. 2) the three courts are synthetic (green colour mat). Seems to be easier on the knees compared to wooden courts..this is my personal opinion after having played on both wooden and synthetic courts for many many years. 3) there is a changing room and rest room 4) there is a fridge for refreshments like gatorade (sports drink), tata gluco, apple juice (bottled), sting (energy drink) etc.. 5) Free water available for drinking 6) can book courts throughout the day.. cost is Rs 350 per hour for a court which is reasonable 7) coaching is also available...plenty of kids of all ages take coaching here..adults also can take coaching here.. 8) seating space is available along with fans. Air conditioning is also available. 9) if you are an intermediate player to advanced, you can easily come and join the many groups that play here..people are friendly and will definitely consider you into their group....that's how I got in 10) it gets ridiculously hot and humid in summers, the management needs to turn on the air-conditioning more often otherwise it becomes unbearable...the fans help to only a certain extent.. 11) lighting positioning needs to improve...at certain angles the light can blind you for a second while returning the shuttle.. 12) most regular groups here play with a nylon shuttle as it is a cheaper alternative to feather.... 13) management is very friendly and has often extended our time to play for free (that is of course if no one else has booked a court ahead of us)... Overall friendly atmosphere and a good place to play shuttle....
