I especially appreciate Pravin, who has been consistently assisting me during my workouts with expert guidance and encouragement. His knowledge and attention to detail have really helped me improve my form and achieve my fitness goals more effectively. Overall, it's a great place to work out and stay committed to a healthy lifestyle.

The gym has a great vibe and excellent facilities, but what truly makes the difference is Coach Sasi. He's highly knowledgeable, motivating, and pays close attention to every detail of your form and progress. His training methods are effective and push you to give your best every session. Thanks to Coach Sasi, I've seen real improvement and gained a lot of confidence in my workouts!

I've been training at this gym for the past 2.5 months and have gained from 74 kg to 80 kg.. all thanks to my trainer, Gopal! He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and always keeps me motivated. The workout plans and guidance are perfectly tailored, and the atmosphere here is really positive. Highly recommend this place!

Honestly, my first impression was "concerning". But I have got to admit that I was wrong and this place now has my HEART. Very clean and top notch equipments. They have enough space for you to workout separately and although sometimes the place might look crowded, you will learn that they have got enough room to navigate through. The trainers are also very warm and nice to engage with!
