Raguram Sports kanchipuram

I visited your Kanchipuram branch for the first time on 2nd August evening around 6:50 to 7:00 PM. There was a lady staff member at the system when I entered. I had come to buy dumbbells, but she didn't attend to me properly or explain anything clearly. I had no prior knowledge about the products as it was my first visit to this branch, although I had previously purchased a swimming suit from your Tambaram branch, where the customer service was excellent. At Kanchipuram, the staff didn't explain things well and even left the store, center of the conversation . Later, another female staff member came and explained everything clearly to me. Because of her help, I purchased three dumbbells of different weights and also bought a push bar. When I apologized to the little girl for coming close to the closing time, she was told that it was not closing time sir, and I realised the married women was incellating me. Unfortunately, the first staff member didn't know how to handle customer service. While the products at this store are excellent, the customer service was disappointing during this visit. Kindly consider this feedback seriously. Good customer service is an important part of any successful business. If you doubt my experience, please check the CCTV footage for the mentioned date and time. Thank you.

Very worst customer service. They clearly focus on money not customer service. Even though product is over priced we didn't bother that and bought it but the product is over sized and asked for exchange they clearly refused and saying that once a product is sold they can't exchange. Very worst way of handling customers. They didn't even care hear what we are saying. Don't pick this shop

I have purchased a cricket ball in this branch.not even play 10 mins that product was damaged, when we asked that Shop Owner about that issues but that person attitude and irresponsible behavior it's too worst.don't buy any product in this shop. There is no option to give Zero star.

Don't buy anything in this shop, they are focus only product and the money not for customers. Sales persons didn't have any knowledge about any related sports and product size and variety. Their motive Only have to push the old products to customers. They sold dust and damaged products after they claims on customers only. Very worst experience

I have purchased a cricket bat in this branch..had a worst ever experience. They gave us a big headache by their attitude and irresponsible behaviour of the branch owner to be specific . Even they can't give the bill receipt for the things we bought and we had to come over for my money atleast for 10 times. Highly we do not recommend this shop to anyone. Not even worthy of giving one star review .
