Trainers can take money and leave gym. Management takes no responsibility. Management don't know who owns the gym. Machines are old and need maintenance Valuables get stolen from your bag and still management takes no responsibility.

It's been 2 months since I have joined this gym. It is very clean and hygienic. The equipments are of top notch quality. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. It's a complete personal training studio. They provide you with diet plans according to your goals. I surely see a difference in my strength and endurance. Highly recommended for personal training.

Being in a gym for the first time in life, this place has been a revelation. Has the right vibe to get you started and hooked on to training. The facility has everything that one needs to train under guidance. A clean, well maintained equipment and environment adds a big plus to the motivation. Everyone smiles, greets and acknowledge each other which is encouraging. I've been training under Harish since April 2023. He is a gem, knows when to push and when not to given my age and condition. The recent group activity trekking is an icing on cake. I'm happy to be a reference and highly recommend this if you want to see a change in yourself.
