He my name is keshav i took membership of 6 month and my experience is worst, on my first day the trainer came ( name -prem ) and told me that I have to do this exercise. Then 2 days later he told me to take a personal training session. When I said that I don't want to take it, from then on he did not tell me a single exercise and started ignoring me. And he comments on me while i doing exercises that you are wasting your time by exercising on your own. So I would like to say that if you do not take PT session then they will not tell you anything. The infrastructure of the gym is good but the environment inside the gym, the way of talking, the attitude of the trainer outside, and all that is wrong. Totally not recommendable
