The trainers here are exceptional, always ready to guide and support you in achieving your fitness goals. What I love most is the variety of equipment and workout programs they offer. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer; there's something for everyone. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are top-notch, ensuring a pleasant workout experience.

As a beginner, I felt unsupported and ended up wasting my four-month membership. Despite asking many times, I didn't receive a diet chart or any exercise instruction. The trainer kept making excuses, telling me to come earlier, even though the facility was open until 10 PM. I stopped attending because it felt like a waste of my time, as I didn't know any exercises.

Well equipped, clean and very nice environment of gym

The real old school feel like Arnold's original Metroflex, best for Sigma personalities. The ambience is enthusiastic.

Overall good gym ( they keep music volume very high not good for ears)
