We've divided Two Floor on Ground floor we have Cardio and machine weights which helps to improve cardio performance & strength in appropriate formation Second is free area ( Basement Floor) which is a large area helps to perform training in free manner We designed our gym floors on US & Canadian Gym Chains & Firms You Can train every single muscle, cardio & strength training in proper manner Not like other Gyms they have small areas for training We have defined every single area for training
