Gym is good but Trainer Manpreet Singh is very careless. He doesn't give good training. He only focuses on old experienced gym boys or girls. He is not interested to train beginners. I joined gym for dance classes and power but dance session was never done during the month. Worst experience.

As a girl, i feel very safe working out at this place as the trainers are quite professional and owners take care of members who try to bother girls. Thank you sir for helping us every time. There is a lot of space for cardio, and they'v those machines which i couldnot even get in chandigarh. People in reviews are promoting golden gym and degrading this gym as this is the largest gym of this area. First, visit every gym, then decide. I guess this is safest gym for families and girls .. as well as for boys who sincerely want results.

BEST GYM IN FEROZEPUR This is a really nice gym with amazing and polite staff. All equipments are of latest model plus the staff is really educated and always there to help you. In my view this is the best gym in Ferozepur punjab. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO VIST AND JOIN THIS GYM FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The gym is quite spacious and well equipped with modern machines. The trainer is soo knowledgeable and helps you maintain your body with proper guidance. Steam and sauna bath is also available. Overall a perfect place to exercise.

I am feeling pathetic ashamed and Traumatized at the same time while writing this. I was having a conversation with owner of the gym. Suddenly he said something which shook my whole body and my brain went to shock. He said he doesn't allow people who belong SC/ST/BC community in the gym. Initially i thought to have a serious fight and actually let him know what are we capable off but i chose other road. I politely left the gym leaving the money plus i gave him some more. I think i don't have to express more why i am reviewing this gym bad. The most pathetic customer service. The most irritating and annoying greetings and the most depressing environment i have ever seen. The worst Gym experience i have ever had in this gym....I spent 2 year with GOLD GYM Jalandhar , 1 year in OZI GYM Chandigarh , 2 Years in NEW GOLDEN GYM Ferozepur (The Best Gym in Ferozepur) and there is a reason these Gyms are on the top and this one is at the bottom and will stay at the bottom. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONOT GO....!!!! Some other cons regarding this useless GYM:- 1. In summers they cut off the AC (Reason :- Bijli kharch jayada hunda) 2. They have lights in the gym but less than half lights was ON ( Reason:- Bahro light aa rahi aa, Bijli da rate commercially painda) 3.They also tells you that how much electricity a treadmill can cost if you will run 20 minutes on it ( Reason:- Same as above) 4.Tuhanu eh v kehnge k asi lift lgwani aa hje gym ch and saada ik upper portion hor bnaun lgge aa bs i hafte tak kam shuru kr dena 5. Punjabi ch Kehn da matlab aa enne ghatiya te choti soch de malak mai pehli vaar zindagi ch dekhe aa jihna nu sirf paise naal matlab aa or jo SC/ST/BC categories de loka nu enni nafrat diya nazran naal dekhde aa.....waheguru edda de lokan nu akal da daan bakshe.
