I only went there to see CO-Gym timing. There's so many girl influencers promoting local gyms. But I wanted to see an actual gym where people are serious about their body and all working out together. Makes the whole ambiance nicer when you see other girls and guys building hard to maintain their bodies. P.S. I only went there to find a gym buddy Tabeer since we have same fat loss goals

The gym has a great ambiance, and the people who come here are educated and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere. However, it could benefit from a small cafe or at least some drinks and snacks to enhance the experience. A new speaker system would also be a welcome upgrade, along with the addition of separate bathrooms for males and females for added comfort and privacy. I highly recommend the gym with trainer Ali Dawar. His professionalism and expertise are unmatched, making every session effective and motivating. Ali's personalized approach and dedication truly set him apart as an outstanding trainer.

I would say, this is one of the best gym i have visited in Lahore till date,, its curated perfectly for mens and women, and most importantly their Peanut Butter is heaven,, every should try it at least oncs,
