The infrastructure is great, but the service absolutely sucks. From the people sitting in the reception to the gym instructors, everyone is arrogant, unprofessional and indifferent. The trainers only guide you if you pay separately for personal training (which is exorbitant, in addition to the gym fee). You will get tired of asking the trainers to guide you with the machines or proper posture. The male trainers just march around like self-proclaimed models. All show, no work. The facility is just thriving on the brand name. My experiences with other gyms in the city is much better. Would never recommend.

Certainly, the best gym in the town. Gold's Gym needs no new mention because it is world renowned. The standard of the name is well maintained in this gym. Most importantly during this Covid times, the hygiene is well maintained. The trainers are very good, i feel the best in Rourkela. Kudos to the Manager! Very sweet and friendly. He is always there to help you out. Overall, this Gold's gym has lived up to its name .

Will not use any difficult words so people looking at review get confused. I joined the gym almost 2 months from now and my experience till now was pretty good. For me I liked the environment and the trainers' guidance which I needed when I started the gym. The gym itself is very nicely built, not just the equipment but also the interior.
