"I had a really good time at Nayak Beach Resort. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the beach, which made for a peaceful stay away from the main crowds. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly and cordial, making the check-in and check-out process easy. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus with a good view. The only good part about this hotel is that it is situated at a prime location near Neeladri beach. Other than that the rooms are decent enough but not worth the price you pay. The worst part is there staffs, none of them felt cooperative enough,we were travelling with a 2 year old,the restaurant staff denied to boil milk or even cook baby meals,after a lot of request they cooked oats. Even the staffs at the reception felt quite rude when it came to enquiring about something or requesting for extension.
The overall experience has been pleasant, with the location being a major highlight as it offers a relaxing and refreshing environment near the beach. The staff has been courteous and supportive, making the stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the common areas is maintained, and the food quality has been satisfying.But room it not maintained as per price. Bathroom door lock not working, Remote without battery. The people are courteous, but the hotel feels vintage to the best. 1. First room the toilet flush was not working. 2. Shifted to second room the AC was not working 3. Shifted to third room then, the AC was not effective in cooling. Over a period of time it started to function. The bathrooms are in a very bad shape, not worth the 4K per night. The maintenance has been needed for this, it's taken the toll of 15 to 20 years.. The restaurant food is good, no complaints. But the AC too doesn't work... It all runs with 1 pedestal fan, so if it's hot forget it.
Overall experience has been pleasant. They changed my booking date without extra charge. Staff were very cordial. Overall place is clean and hygienic. I loved it.
