My stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the most fraudulent and torturous experience of my life. I booked a Super Deluxe Sea-Facing Room and was met with one disappointment after another. Right away, the nightmare began. There was no water in the bathroom. The staff brought up two buckets of water that looked and felt like they came directly from the beach--full of sand. I was left with no way to get clean. They promised the water would be on by 6:00 AM the next morning, which was crucial for my temple visit, but they completely lied. The water went out again just an hour later, right in the middle of giving my two-year-old son a bath. He was left with shampoo in his hair and no water to rinse it out. I was told there was a swimming pool, but it turned out to be at another property. This was another example of false advertising. Then I realised the other promises were also lies. The Super Deluxe room I paid for was supposed to have a balcony, but there was none. The so-called "sea-facing" view was a complete joke--all I could see was the back of another hotel. Even simple things were a problem. The hotel promised a restaurant, but when I tried to go, they told me they had no staff. The TV in the room was a prop; the wires weren't even connected. The staff told me they were "just for showcase" even after I offered to pay to recharge it for my son. I was told on the phone that their lease ended in December 2024, yet they are still operating this fraudulent business. This hotel's business model is to deceive its customers. Do not book a stay here.
