Great supportive space. The studio is owned by Emma, and she is an amazing teacher. She is kind, friendly, patient, and she makes everyone feel welcome. Workouts are personally customised according to your needs, and they involve a range of mat exercises and equipment exercises. Emma is always happy to explain exercises (and re-explain if needed!), and checks in frequently to make sure that you're getting the most out of your workout. Going to pilates regularly has made me feel much stronger, and it's a great way to stretch out the body as well.
