Sarah is AMAZING!!! I've been seeing her twice a week for the last six months for personal training. Sarah's sessions are fun, engaging, and motivating. I've been working with Sarah since June 2022. She has been amazing in supporting me on my journey recovering from an ACL tear. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and an array of exercises that cater to the individual needs. Sarah is great! Sarah is very considerate and did put me at ease right away. For someone like me that is not used to go to the gym and felt shy about exercises Sarah is excellent. Sarah's studio set up is great, spotless clean and with the most modern equipment. Sarah puts thoughts into the exercises and adapts them to what suits best.
