Over the past three years the patience and professionalism from folks at Health Fit taken me from a deskbound very unhealthy person to now running up the stairs and feeling 10 years younger. Forever grateful. A lovely gym and caters to everyone. Can highly recommend.
Bunch of legends, upon joining healthfit they instantly make you feel welcome and genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. There is no pretense to this place and you are always made to feel comfortable whatever your reasons for joining may be. Couldn't recommend them more.
My sister and I are were visiting Wellington and regularly go to the gym in our home town. We walked into the Healthfit gym and were greeted by Richard, who had a big smile and gave us a free workout. The gym was more than adequate, clean, tidy and met our needs perfectly. Would definitely visit again.
HealthFit is more like a retreat than a workout. Not too many people, not too noisy, importantly (these days) it is a very clean / comfortable / never too crowded and everyone is really friendly. The instructors are not only next level with their broad range of health and fitness industry experience, but they are also really kind and lovely people. I highly recommend giving this truly "boutique" gym a go.
Great gym! The best small group fitness classes. I love the strength and metabolic classes. Excellent people who run it and they have created a real health community where members begin to know each other. highly recommend!
