I really enjoy working out at this gym because it's private, quiet, and never overcrowded. It's the perfect space to focus without distractions, and I appreciate being able to connect my phone to the speaker and play my own music. The equipment is well-maintained, the environment is clean, and it feels like a personal space where I can train at my own pace. It's ideal for anyone who prefers a more peaceful, independent workout experience.

Such a hidden gem! The gym has a really nice feel--clean, well set up, and not overcrowded. It's perfect if you're after a quiet, more private training environment without the crowds of a big commercial gym. Bryce was super welcoming and easy to talk to. Awesome little gym! I love it because it's private and not intimidating like the larger commercial gyms! It has everything you need for a full workout just not the crowds! And hot shower facilities for after if you need to get to work straight after!

This gym is so good! Its the only place I have been with iron plates which gives that old school feel. The actual room itself is nice and modern, the lighting is great and air conditioning is elite. Definitely recommend!

Private gym, hidden away from big crowds. It's well look after and clean. Good range of equipment for both cardio and weights, it has all you need.
