F45 Training Basin Reserve

Great classes that cater to all levels. The challenges are motivating and perfect to kick start your fitness goals. The staff/trainers are very friendly and welcoming. This is my second time at the basin coming back after a few years off for my baby. Feels great to be back putting a little bit of energy and effort into myself.

I knew I'd love F45 as soon as i tried it, but the Basin Reserve team really take it to another level. The coaches are great with just the right amount of push, they've built an amazing supportive community of members and I truly look forward to going every time. I'm almost two years in and I can't imagine going to any other gym now. Thanks team!

Highly recommend F45 at the basin! The coaches are so encouraging and lovely. They gently encourage you to push yourself if they see you are more than capable. They walk round and correct your form. Offer modifications/adjustments if you are injured or struggling and just bring a great energy. I've noticed more positive changes, mindset and body more than any other gym format class I've ever done and I look forward to going.
