I've been taking classes at Body20 and using EMS training sessions for over a year and a half, and I've really enjoyed the experience. The workouts are only about 20 minutes long, but they effectively target most of my muscles in that time. My husband Jason and I enjoyed taking the EMS classes as its personalised to our needs and the coaches are all amazing! They listen and adjust your sessions accordingly. its similar to a strength/resistance training and cardio class all in one. We dont have time to spend hours at the gym so the quick 20mins sessions which translated to a few hours at the gym really helped to shorten the time to get fit! Best part is every session has somewhat different exercises which add to the variation which we enjoyed AND we also got a couple/buddy deal!
