arc Wellness Studios- Kelburn

Lindsay has been a cornerstone of my pre-hab and rehab journey. She is consistently encouraging and supportive, always meeting me exactly where I'm at on any given day. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and to have her as a key part of my health and well-being team. Compassionate and knowledgeable, she also knows just when to give a gentle push to help me reach my full potential--something I deeply value and appreciate.

Janna has been a gamechanger for me post-chemo/cancer treatment. Whether through her individual physio skills and knowledge, her leadership of the reformer and step classes, or her genuine care and enthusiasm throughout, she has enabled me physically and mentally to get back to feeling like myself again. Her understanding of women's health in general is amazing and she shares all of it generously. Plus the studio itself is lovely, high tech but non fussy. I would thoroughly recommend Janna and Arc Wellness Studios to anyone (but especially us women - go, go, go!!).

I started at Arc around 18 months ago to get some physio support post natal - Sarah was amazing at helping me reduce pain in my lower back and to build strength in my core. Since finishing with Sarah I've been regularly attending reformer pilates classes at Arc once a week and I've noticed a huge difference in my strength to pick up my kids and zero pain in my back anymore. My posture is different and I just feel strong. The reformer classes are small and focussed on helping everyone to build strength and the Kelburn studio is beautifully kitted out. Couldn't recommend the team at Arc highly enough.

Janna is the most incredible physio, incredibly kind, knowledgeable and an expert in scar massage. I've also had the pleasure of attending Pilates classes and absolutely loved them! Highly recommend Arc Wellness Studio
