Lovely, well-equipped facility. Pleasant staff. I understand the hot tub has been "under repair" for many months. I do not see anyone working on it. The walls in the men's steam room have large, dripping streaks of rust. They look truly disgusting. The recommended temperature for a steam bath is between 110 and 120 degrees. I have never seen it above 106.

Wanted to like this gym so bad. For 70$ a month you would expect top tier customer service. If you are a younger woman they do not take your concerns seriously. They prioritize their older audience over their younger members. I've been in the middle of conflict more than once in this gym with no resolution. I'm walking away from this 3 year long membership with a bad taste in my mouth. Make sure this is the correct environment for you before locking yourself into a year long contract...

I joined this gym to use the pool, and while it's great when it works, it has been closed frequently over the last few years. We were just informed that it will now be closed for 2 months. When I asked to pause my membership as I specifically joined for the pool, I received a wholly unsympathetic reply that left me with no options to pause my membership. So now I will just have to pay almost $70 a month while being unable to use the one amenity I specifically signed up for. I'm really disappointed with this response as I've been a loyal member for almost 5 years and frequently recommend it to people.

I have been a member of this gym for years , had to cancel my membership during Covid and I'm very excited to be getting back here. Staff is great, the facility is very ,clean hours are really good .I love this place.

I know they've been renovating, but I really wish they would put some place to put my soap and to sit when I'm in the shower.
