Titan Gym & Fitness

I've been hitting up Titan Gym in Kumaripati for six months now, and I'm honestly loving it! I went for the yearly membership, and it's totally worth it for what you get. The place is decked out with modern equipment and always clean, which makes working out there super chill and fun. The trainer is the real MVP--free, super friendly, and always ready to help. They know their stuff and have given me solid tips on fitness and diet that really work. If you're in Lalitpur, you gotta check out Titan Gym--it's awesome!

500npr for a one day cardio session. Don't have any comparison points but it seems okay. The treadmills do the job just fine, however the electronic bike is broken and the mechanical bikes are either noisy or the saddle is not tightened properly or there is too much play in the handlebar. They probably should maintain them better (oil, tightening, etc.) Nice view from the 4th floor, good showers, there's a sauna that I didn't try.

In my opinion, this is the best gym in Lalitpur. The employees and the owner are always on premise and very helpful and kind. The place closes at 1 for a one hour thorough cleaning and re-opens at 2 until 8. I really appreciate the attention given to cleanliness . Titan Gym offers packages for every pocket and I like to pay as you go, i.e. NPR 700 per day. This is worth it because it gives you access to the many and well maintained cardio equipment. Above all, given its location on a 4th and 5th floors loft, Titan is airy and spacious. So even when it get a bit crowdier during late afternoons it doesnt feel congested at all.

I toured 3-4 gyms in the area and picked this one because the trainers actually come to the gym floor and help members (included in the price). Other gyms were expensive and didn't offer that. Best decision I made! Sunil dai is an expert and really cares. He's been helping me strength train and pushes me toward my fitness goals. Raj dai (trainer) is also super helpful, and Eren di is very supportive! I love coming here! I've made friends and improved my strength and stamina. He also has another gym in Nakhipot (Sunil's Gold Gym).

I've been training at this gym for a while, and I'm really impressed. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. My trainer(Raj sir) is friendly, knowledgeable, and always motivates me to reach my goals. I've seen great progress thanks to their personalized approach. Highly recommend this gym and trainer!
