One of the best gym in lalitpur area. As a beginner the guidance you get is awesome. This gym is totally worth the price you pay.

I would say it has best trainers,clean hygienic place, diet plan and workout plan are free and it's customized according to our conditions which is the best part, and a loving environment

I've only been to the gym once and only used couple treadmills in that visit so this review speaks only to the treadmills. Simply put, the treadmills in the gym are the worse I've used ever. I don't really care about functions cos I run manual, so no comment on that. Their built quality was not satisfactory. The treadmill belt was too narrow. The worst part was that the belt had a certain lag, so at times the belt went forward rather than backward. This was very dangerous at higher speeds when sometimes the belt would go forward and it tries to through you off of the belt. Also, the belt felt cushiony so to run one has to press hard enough to gain balance. I hope they get rid of these cheap machines and invest on better ones. I tried 2 machines and both had exactly the same problems.

Been to gym long, best trainers , I would say Kumaripati branch is the best among all branches, loving and friendly in morning with best trainers
