The best sports club out there. Gym Futsal Swimming Sauna you name it. It has it all. Wonderful overall.

The pool is 25 meters long and 3-6 feet deep. The changing room is nice with curtains and 4-5 cubicles. There are about 100 lockers. The pool is generally clean but can get dirty in the evenings. It is cleaned almost daily. The staff are friendly, with 2-3 lifeguards on duty. Parking is available, and the entry fee is 300 NPR, 250 NPR for students. Memberships are also available. It's crowded on weekends but quieter during the week. The facilities are good for the price, though water quality varies. Overall, I recommend the National Sports Center Swimming Pool, but avoid Saturdays due to the crowd.

All on one sporting center, nice facility. Futsal ground is good and should say it is maintained. Spectators Viewing area is also available. Toilets need maintenance. Parking is available though limited. Quick cafe for your need. After the last year's flood which inundated this area, futsal ground seems dusty and they are recovering the swimming pool.

I went to the National Sports Center last Saturday. Futsal, gym, swimming pool and other activities can be done here. In the summer months, especially in the swimming pool, the movement of people is more visible. 300 for adults and 250 for children will be charged for swimming which will be valid throughout the day. Locker is arranged here to keep your clothes and similar while going for swimming and a fee will be charged for that. Behind the locker is the changing room which is quite small. There are separate changing rooms and bathrooms for men and women. Slippers are prohibited towards the swimming pool complex. There are separate swimming pools for children and adults in the swimming pool. Height margins in swimming pools are : 3Ft, 4Ft, 5Ft, 6Ft. According to my experience, the pipe line of the bathroom is broken, so the force of the current is low. Changing room is also important to be organized as well as lockers facility can be increased. Here, you must visit this National sports center once, from Futsal to play football , to make your body agile, Gym and swimming pool to make your body agile and healthy or to beat the heat, you must visit this chasal swimming pool or National sports center.

Excellent place for swimming. Water was clean. Not much crowded probably due to weekdays. Has futsal, gym, sauna too. Need to compulsory bring swimming suits. You can buy inside too. Water level is from 3 feet to 6 feet.
