Friendly owner Mr Shrestha and Ms Shrestha . The best part is Cage is not overcrowded and always clean . Everyone is nice to each other . Good machines and friendly staff .

Not your money's worth.. the machine's got no safety fall.. only join if you in Nepal for few months and it's closer to your apartment. The showers are broke. They give you towels to use that are rougher than my ex's hands. FYI they got fingerprint machine which gets me tripping why they wasted money on that instead of essentials.

I'd like to give 5 star coz this is best fitness club for workout and the environment around is so cool and all members are so friendly, equipments are fresh and new,steam and dry sauna is best and non stop hot and cold shower makes you happy

A bit far if you're living in Kathmandu but really enjoy working out here. A full fledged gym with all the necessary facilities available.
