If you're looking for a package deal, this is it. For members you get the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym. For non members it's 300 per hour for the pool only, no gym walk-in or other facilities . They have hot showers which are clean and changing rooms. The water is regulated at a certain temperature.
It is a huge pool and clean lukewarm water which will not make u freeze at all. You will get a key and locker to keep ur stuffs, a clean bathroom is there for washing up after swimming. Geyser is available. All in all awesome!
This place is the best leisure centre in Shillong. It's well maintained and super clean. Inside there is swimming pool with heated water, shower, locker and changing room and cafe. For members, there are jacuzzi, sauna and gym. It is also quite reasonable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
